Return policy

Not stoked on your gear? Looking to return it or make an exchange? No problem. If your new and unused gear just doesn’t fit your needs, we will issue you a full refund. You have 10 days from receipt of the package to the return. By that date, you must make a written and signed letter, letterhead with the following information:

In the letter must state the bank ( bank name, name of the agency , ABI , CAB code , account number , IBAN ) where the customer wants to receive a credit for the amount paid for the purchase of goods returned. This letter can also be sent by fax to the number +39 011 8127359 or e-mail to info@bshopzone.com
Together with the letter , you are required to send by courier the goods available in appropriate packaging so as to ensure the integrity of the goods during the carriage and inserting the original invoice shipping . This packaging , as per the written notice must be sent within 10 days of receipt of goods purchased at the same address indicated above for the dispatch of the letter .

You can not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

clothing or footwear worn and / or washed or without tags or original packaging.
any product that does not preserve the original features and equipment held at the time of purchase
if the item purchased is returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables , etc.).
to limit damage to the original package , we recommend therefore , wherever possible, to put it in another box , avoiding in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging
any product that has been used or even the slightest bit which has undergone alteration, tampering, breakage , abrasion or simple opening of a seal.
