Refund and exchanges
After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the items sent. Refund will be made after 10 days from the moment you send us the parcel. You will receive an email with confirmation of receipt of the package and reimbursement. If the item returned is in the condition you received it in and with the original box and/or packaging, then you’ll get a full refund. Simply send back the “unused” product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order now just ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock.
