- Compact: with the measure of 50 cm, the Glacier Liter Chate is compact and light and therefore easily transportable in a backpack.
- Lightness and comfort:
- the upper part of the blade guarantees an excellent handle (comfortable support surperifices),
- The blade and tube are lightened while keeping excellent robustness.
Excellent quality of anchor on hard snow and ice thanks:
- to the profile of the blade which guarantees a safe and stable anchor,
- to the thin granted steel blade at the end (3 mm),
- At the stainless steel tip for excellent penetration into the hard snow. - High resistance and practical aspects:
- High quality steel blade (identical to the blades of the ice axes from ICE-Climbing),
- Very resistant steel palette with edges design to allow effective gruilment,
- head and tip equipped with holes for the passage of a carabiner or a fettuccia,
- high quality aluminum handle (aluminum 7075 used in aeronautics), with anodized finish for excellent protection against oxidation,
