M Smart 2.0

Intuitive insurance device with blocking of the climbing rope. The first generation of the Smart Belay device was successfully launched in 2009 The new conception braking insert blocks the rope in the event of a fall. The insurance action of Smart 2.0 is the same as the previous model and is therefore adapted to the reflex movements of the insurance.

Using Smart 2.0 is very simple, as it works without moving parts or levers. Only 80 grams: it is light and adapts perfectly to the hand.

Smart 2.0 can be used intuitively. Compact geometry makes the sliding of the rope even simpler and faster, while the two -components handle a firm and pleasant grip.

In case of fall, Smart 2.0 reliably blocks the climbing rope. The security carabiner interacts with the newly designed new -performance braking insert. For professionals: greater safety and optimal support for the insured. When the climber takes a break, the effort requested by the insurer is reduced by the rope already blocked.
